The Smile Pass cost is based on the number of family members included, ranging from $139.99 to $249.99 annually. Each Smile Pass includes one annual exam, two annual cleanings, one full mouth X-Ray (per year), one whitening treatment (per year), and up to 50% off specialty treatments.

HOW DOES THE SMILE PASS DIFFER FROM OTHER DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS?
Under this program, you are expected to pay dentists directly based on a discounted fee schedule. Unlike traditional dental insurance programs, there are no waiting periods and no annual maximums.
HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE?
The Smile Pass covers 2 exams and 1 X-Ray per year. That is a savings of $200 right away. In addition, members save 60% on all major and minor dental work.
WHO CAN I INCLUDE IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can include up to 4 members who live at the same address with the Smile Pass. This includes your parents if you are responsible for them
WHAT AM I EXPECTED TO PAY THE DENTIST FOR DENTAL SERVICES?
At the time of service, you are expected to pay dentist fees based on the insurance discounted fee schedule. Of course, two exams and one set of X-Rays per year are included free of charge.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER I SIGN UP?
Yes, the membership can be canceled at any time. There is no contractual commitment of any kind. If you decide to cancel, we will refund you the pro-rata portion of your membership fees. However any dental work performed on the member that was based on the insurance plan will revert to office regular fees and the office may deduct the cost of treatment from the refund.
